M.D.L. offers a complete line of passive waveguide components from 1 – 50 GHZ. We specialize in investment cast components, such as waveguide bends, adapters, twists, topwall and sidewall hybrids, tees, orthomode transducers and the Riblet short slot coupler.

We also offer other passive components such as waveguide and coaxial rotary joints. Our waveguide rotary joints are offered in all styles “I”, “U” and “L” or “F” both pressurized and unpressurized. Our coaxial models are offered with SMA, Type N or “TNC” connectors. Dual channel or multi channel are also available in both waveguide or coax or a combination. Custom assemblies with integrated slip rings are also available. We carry a complete line of waveguide couplers, (crossguide, top or sidewall, loop couplers and branchguide models). Monopulse comparators are a specialty either manufactured using standard castings or machined from solid metal. Other products include 3 and 4 port electromechanical failsafe switches and shutter switches. We also manufacture waveguide bandpass, bandstop and lowpass filters and diplexers. Waveguide diode holders, (single and dual) and hybrid tee mixers. Variable waveguide attenuators and phase shifters are available. Standard, low VSWR and end launch waveguide to coax adapters are also available. Along with low power and medium power termination which will handle up to 125 watts average. Custom designs to customer specifications are our expertise.

M.D.L. also has the latest solid works and HSFF software which enables us to simulate and manufacture to our customer's unique requirements.
